Role Summary

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions including PLC programming, robotics integration, and vision systems to improve productivity and support Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation solutions across manufacturing lines.

Lead automation projects from concept to commissioning.

Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces.

Program and optimize industrial robots and gantry systems.

Maintain machine vision inspection systems.

Integrate molding machines, conveyors, barcode readers, leak testers.

Improve OEE, cycle time, yield, and productivity.

Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities.

Troubleshoot automation-related equipment failures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering.

≥3 years industrial automation/machine controls experience.

Preferred exposure to injection molding, dispensing, die-cut converting.

Knowledge of pneumatic/electrical control systems, industrial networks.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent.

Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, IATF 16949).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-discipline.
