Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using store management systems and manual logs
• Organize and arrange materials in the store to maximise space efficiency and ensure easy accessibility
• Issue materials and equipment to project sites and departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation and authorisation
• Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and prevent loss or wastage
• Monitor stock levels and alert management when supplies require replenishment
• Ensure the store facility is kept clean, safe, and well-maintained in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage the labelling, cataloguing and classification of all stored items for easy identification
• Handle hazardous materials and dangerous goods in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
• Liaise with suppliers, project managers, and other departments to coordinate material deliveries and requirements
• Prepare reports on inventory status, material usage, and store operations as required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
