Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies or stock errors.
• Maintain update records for diesel, bitumen emulsion, liquified petroleum gas, and other inventory items.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement report for management.
• Support loss prevention efforts and monitor suspicious stock activity.
• Perform other duties related to inventory and stock control as assigned.

Requirement

• 1 to 3 years experience in logistics, stock and inventory control.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
