Machine Installation & Setup

• Install automation machines at site
• Set up wiring, sensors, and control systems
• Ensure machine runs according to specification

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose faults (electrical, mechanical, control)
• Repair machine breakdowns
• Replace faulty components (sensor, relay, PLC parts)

Electrical & Control Work

• Handle:
• wiring
• control panels
• relays, timers
• Read and follow electrical diagrams

Testing & Calibration

• Test machine performance
• Adjust settings (speed, temperature, timing)
• Calibrate sensors and devices

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare service reports
• Record problems, solutions, and results
• Maintain maintenance records

Customer Support

• Provide on-site service
• Explain machine operation to customers
• Handle technical inquiries

Spare Parts Handling

• Identify correct parts
• Recommend replacement parts
• Work with store/purchasing

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
