We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist experienced in Microsoft 365 to deploy, support, and manage our cloud productivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Management

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Execute email migrations and data transitions
• Implement Intune for device management and compliance
• Configure DLP policies and SharePoint environments

Additional Platform Support

• Provide support for Acronis backup and recovery solutions
• Support Google Workspace administration and user management

General IT Support

• Deliver Tier 2/3 technical support for end-users
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Document processes and train users

Requirements

• 2+ years supporting Microsoft 365, Acronis, and/or Google Workspace
• Experience with migrations, Intune, DLP, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Acronis) and Google Workspace admin tools
• PowerShell scripting and strong troubleshooting skills
• Customer-focused mindset
