Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Manage and resolve network incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Perform network monitoring, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Support network implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve connectivity and network-related issues.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
- Support user connectivity, remote access, and network security requirements.
- Participate in change management, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant SMEs when required.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements.
- Monitor network performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Provide support during critical incidents and planned maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Support, Network Operations, or Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, and wireless networking.
- Experience with enterprise networking equipment such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent.
- Understanding of firewall administration and network security best practices.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments.
- Network certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are an advantage.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
