We're Hiring: Resident Engineer!

We are seeking a Nutanix Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise Nutanix infrastructure across production environments. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Nutanix clusters, hypervisor technologies, disaster recovery, and virtualization, with the ability to deliver reliable, scalable, andhighly availableinfrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, administer, andoptimizeNutanix clusters to support enterprise infrastructure requirements.
  
  

• Plan and execute infrastructure expansion, disaster recovery (DR) implementation, and high-availability solutions.
  
  

• Perform virtual machine (VM) migrations between VMwareESXiand Nutanix AHV while ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity.
  
  

• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.
  
  

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, project stakeholders, and business users to deliver infrastructure projects and ensure adherence to best practices.
  
  

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, ora relateddiscipline.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Virtualization, or Data Center Operations.
  
  

• Proven experience supporting enterprise virtualization platforms and hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) within production environments.
  
  

• Experience working with cross-functional infrastructure teams, project stakeholders, and enterprise technology environments.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience deploying, managing, and administering Nutanix infrastructure, including cluster deployment, expansion, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
  
  

• Solid experience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMwareESXiand Nutanix AHV, including virtual machine migration and hypervisor administration.
  
  

• Experience implementing disaster recovery (DR), business continuity, backup strategies, and high-availability solutions for enterprise infrastructure.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), Nutanix Certified Expert (NCX), or other Nutanix Infrastructure certifications.
  
  

• Experience with automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Ansible), Infrastructure-as-Code, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
  
  

• Familiarity with enterprise storage, networking, backup solutions, cloud integration, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
