Who We Are

As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

The IAM Intern will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure to enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) within a banking environment. Working alongside the IAM Engineering & Integration team, the intern will be involved in reporting, dashboard development, application onboarding tracking, documentation, and project coordination activities. Through participation in ongoing IAM initiatives, the intern will develop a foundational understanding of IAM concepts, application onboarding processes, and the role of IAM in supporting secure and efficient access management. This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning experiences and professional development while offering insight into the delivery of IAM capabilities within a large organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing IAM reporting and dashboard content using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of application onboarding activities into the Bank's IAM environment.
  • Assist in maintaining project trackers, inventories, status reports, and related documentation.
  • Participate in the preparation and organization of project materials, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Gain exposure to IAM platform capabilities, application onboarding processes, and identity lifecycle concepts.
  • Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Participate in team discussions, project meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to develop a broader understanding of IAM practices within the banking industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
