About the Client

Our client is a leading global energy company committed to driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable business practices. As part of its ongoing transformation initiatives, the organization is seeking a detail-oriented CDD / KYC Analyst to support customer and supplier due diligence, data integrity, and compliance activities within a global shared services environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Support counterparty database review initiatives to improve data quality and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform data validation, data cleansing, and data matching activities as part of business transformation projects.
• Support remediation activities by identifying and resolving data gaps and inconsistencies.
• Maintain and enhance counterparty data integrity in accordance with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CDD processes.
• Assist in maintaining controls and governance for CDD tools, processes, and procedures.
• Support the closure of internal and external audit actions related to CDD activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth while ensuring compliance with CDD and risk management requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CDD, KYC, AML, Compliance, Pre-Qualification, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing customer, supplier, vendor, or counterparty information.
• Experience in data validation, data cleansing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Macros is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
