Experience: 5+ years

Skillset: C++ programming

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17/20 standards)
• Deep understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Strong experience in multi-threading and concurrent programming
• Hands-on experience with thread synchronization (mutexes, semaphores, condition variables)
• Expertise in STL, Boost libraries
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience in memory management, profiling, and performance optimization
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Google Test, CppUnit)
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices

System & Integration Skills

• Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems (preferably MES or similar)
• Familiarity with API integration and system interoperability

Tools & Practices

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to validate and refine AI-generated code/output

Core Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional teams

Experience Required

o  3+ years of professional experience in C++ software development

o  Strong hands-on experience in developing high-performance and scalable applications

o  Proven experience in multi-threaded and concurrent programming

o  Exposure working with large-scale enterprise systems (preferably MES)

o  Experience in production support environments

Academic Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
