We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on large-scale offshore Oil & Gas EPCI projects. If you have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for delivering complex offshore projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams (15-30 engineers) across electrical, process, instrumentation, and structural disciplines.
• Oversee engineering deliverables from FEED through commissioning for offshore platforms and FPSO projects.
• Ensure designs comply with international standards such as API, ISO, DNV, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, and fabrication yards to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
• 12+ years of offshore Oil & Gas EPCI experience
• At least 5 years in an engineering management role
• Successfully delivered multiple offshore platform and/or FPSO projects
• Strong knowledge of offshore engineering standards and project management practices
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Experience with AVEVA E3D, SACS, and Primavera is preferred.
