Job Summary

You will support the administrative functions by accurately managing documents, responding to enquiries, and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Sort, prepare, scan, and index documents accurately to maintain organized records
• Perform quality checks on documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Track and organize documents to support efficient retrieval and workflow
• Provide administrative support to team members to facilitate office operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone enquiries to assist internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare documentation as required to support business processes
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior working experience as an administrator will be advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Possess GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in any field
