Full Time BIM Coordinator Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,400 in LC&T BUILDER (1971) PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze BIM models and generate reports to identify areas for improvement or potential issues.
• Collaborate with project team members, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to coordinate and implement BIM development.
• Ensure that all BIM models are compatible and that BIM data is available to all project participants.
• Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Manage construction documents and track the submission.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit and Naviswork software.
• Work a 5.5 days' work week.
