Efficient Networks International (S) Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchaser Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for procurement, supplier management, and supporting project delivery in Telecommunications, Solar PV, and EV Charging Infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare RFQs, issue Purchase Orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
• Monitor material deliveries to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Track inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience in Telecommunications, Solar PV, EV Charging, Construction, or Engineering industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing electrical, mechanical, or construction materials is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with high integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
