What You'll Do?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to own your desk and develop your business while partnering with clients across the Built Environment sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing long-term client relationships
• Winning new business through consultative sales
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates
• Growing your market with the support of an experienced and collaborative team

Who We're Looking For?

We're looking for someone who's ambitious, resilient, and passionate about recruitment sales.

You'll stand out if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment sales (any industry)
• Experience in 360 recruitment, including business development and client negotiations
• Strong communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are an advantage)
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed targets
• A "work hard, play hard" attitude and a genuine passion for building a successful career

New to recruitment? If you have less than 1.5 years of experience but demonstrate strong potential, we'd still love to hear from you for our Associate Recruitment Consultant opportunity.
