Key Responsibilities



Handle customer & agent enquiries (email / WhatsApp)


Provide shipment status updates (ETD / ETA / cargo status)


Assist in airfreight booking and coordination


Liaise with warehouse, drivers, and operations team


Prepare and check shipping documents (MAWB / HAWB / invoice)


Monitor shipment progress and follow up


Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks


Support billing and job costing checks



Requirements



No experience required (training provided)


Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)


Good communication skills


Able to work in fast-paced environment

Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm
