Job Summary

Perform BIM modelling, coordination, and drawing deliverables for building projects. Ensure compliance with standards and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute BIM modelling and produce accurate drawings for building projects to meet design requirements
• Prepare detailed design drawings to support submission processes and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure quality control and accuracy of BIM outputs
• Maintain and update drawing records and registers to ensure traceability and version control
• Participate in technical meetings to discuss project progress and resolve BIM-related issues
• Support Design Engineers and BIM Engineers by coordinating with the BIM Manager to develop and improve BIM standards and workflows

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with BIM experience
• Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in a Civil & Structural consultancy
• Familiarity with authority submission requirements for building projects
• Ability to work independently on drafting and BIM tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple BIM deliverables effectively

• Interest in leading BIM development and digital initiatives to enhance project delivery
• Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to upskill and adapt to new technologies
• Good engineering knowledge and communication skills to liaise effectively with project stakeholders
