Job Description
Responsibilities
To monitor, manage and understand the company network infrastructure, including servers, firewall, switches, wireless APs, door access devices and CCTV systems
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications including:
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Teams
Times Software
Monitoring & managing software license to ensure regulation compliance.
Keep track of the company’s IT inventory
Oversee user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding across all corporate business systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions
Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, testing procedures, and issue resolution
Manage and lead IT vendors' contract negotiation and perform procurement in accordance with the company’s policy.
Track and Lead vendors' deliverables, service level and ensure optimal service is achieved.
Other tasks given by the management
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience preferred.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills for servers, PC, printers, wireless APs etc.
Knowledge of AD, GPO, and Azure will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
Familiar with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and software applications.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to support users across all levels.
