Job Description:

Handle all incoming mail
Register visitors, check visitors’ contact declaration form before directing visitors to the appropriate holding area
Inform staff of visitors’ arrival
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of Company’s premises
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor visitors’ logbook)
Play announcement via Public Address (PA) system
Inform superior on any faulty or leakage on diesel pump station.
Ensure all vehicles follow Company’s safety procedures & policies when topping up diesel.
To be the first responder to call DECAM service provider when the fire alarm panel ring
In charge of facilities matters (e.g routine maintenance servicing, arranging facilities repair etc)
Any other admin roles assigned by management


Requirements:


Singaporeans Only
Able to operate email system
Physically Fit
Able to work 12hours shift per day,  at least 4 days per week
