岗位职责

  • Prepare design concept as directed by Design Architects.
  • Co-ordinate presentation materials.
  • Make changes to design as required by Client.
  • Strong design-based work environment. Managed design from conception to completion. Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings. Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of materials used.
  • Scopes of works involve in conceptual design, design development, tender preparation, authority submissions, project management during submissions, preparing BIM modelling and clash detection reports.
  • Fresh graduate with master degree in the related field.
  • Fully versed in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Revit, Photoshop and Microsoft office (preferred).
  • Committed, enthusiastic, independent and diligent with good design flair and creativity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
