Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Outram Area
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Issue cheques and process payments
• Prepare tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes
• Manage petty cash transactions
• Prepare receipts, outgoing vouchers and journal vouchers
• Process GIRO application forms from customers and vendors
• Prepare bank remittance application forms
• Prepare letters of credit application forms
• Handle stationery and paper cost apportionment
• Respond to enquiries from the Department of Statistics
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Level 3, or an equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates with an accounting qualification are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently as well as in a team
