Job Description & Requirements

1. Install light point, install light, install fan point, install fan, install power socket etc

2. To install PVC cable Trucking.

3. To install earth cable into building electrical line.

4. Painting work of cable trucking.

5. To install signaling cable and socket

6. Work in chilled water pump and its piping and electrical connection.

7. Install fresh air/air condition square and round ducting.

8. Install all kind air conditioning system (Window, Split type, and central air conditioning system).

9. Painting of all kinds of work.

10. Clean of motor/pump/working area.

11. Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors/indoor or any other place instructed by company in Singapore. at considerable heights in construction area.

12. Must be fully vaccinated

13. Works under pressure.

14. Willing to work construction project may be long hours.

15. Must work Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday if required.

16. Site Cable pulling works at renovation works and new installation.

17. Site work and attend inspection with RTO.

18. Mixing of painting and other pigment to make color.

19. Painting with hand brass and roller to make painting area smooth.

20. Hacking of concrete wall. Removed hacking materials from site to removing tong.

21. Dismantled sanitary pipe.

22. Removed ducting material /sanitary material/ etc.

23. Preparation painting for building wall by sanding or other cleaning tools.

24. Installation glass and aluminum frame of the building.

25. Removed or renovation of old glass and aluminum materials.

26. Clean/ loading it for removing it’s from working site.

27. Scaffolding experience more than 2 will be extra advantage

Requirements:  Able to read construction & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities to Bengali speaking worker. Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines, Knowledge in MS Office & Outlook. Extra certificate added as advantages.
