1) Sales Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform monthly  sales reconciliation across all outlets (POS, delivery platforms).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data recorded in the accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between POS, payment gateways, and bank records.

2) General Ledger (GL)

• Prepare and post journal entries (sales, receipts, accruals, adjustments).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing schedules and reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

3) Other Duties

• Assist in ad-hoc finance projects and reporting.
• Support other accounting functions when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in F&B or retail environment.
• Experience handling high-volume transactions and multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero) and POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sales reconciliation with delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
