Education
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA foundation)

Experience
2 to 5 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts.

Technical Skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and established accounting software. Experience with foreign exchange/multi-currency accounting is highly advantageous.

Industry Background
Prior experience in the yacht, marine, trading, or high-value asset retail industries is an added advantage.

Attributes
High level of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial guidance.

Job Summary

The Account Executive will support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong accounting foundation, a proactive learning mindset, and the ambition to grow into a more independent role within an exciting, luxury-driven international industry.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting
Assist with the full set of accounts and manage daily accounting operations.

Reporting & Schedules
Prepare accurate ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules strictly on time to support monthly management accounts.

Financial Oversight
Assist with cash flow monitoring, basic cash flow projections, project costing, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

International Transactions
Properly handle documentation and processing for multi-currency/foreign currency transaction

Compliance & Liason
Maintain immaculate accounting records and coordinate directly with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and suppliers.
