Job Summary

Manage and coordinate daily operations across sales, procurement, and logistics to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Lead supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, inventory control, and team supervision while supporting business development and reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across sales, procurement, and logistics functions to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency
• Manage client accounts by maintaining relationships and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing to secure favorable terms and optimize procurement costs
• Manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing for uninterrupted supply chain operations
• Monitor inventory levels and execute timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages and overstock
• Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices, and operational documents accurately to support sales and procurement activities
• Support business development by identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to growth strategies
• Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports to provide actionable recommendations to management
• Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables
• Supervise junior staff by providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and development
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards to maintain quality and regulatory adherence
