We're Hiring: Content Strategy - Artificial Intelligence & Data Department (AIDA)!

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Content Strategist to join our Artificial Intelligence & Data Department in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in content development, strategy formulation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance our AI initiatives.

Location: Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Content Strategy - AIDA

What You'll Do:

Must-Haves

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Visual Comms/Design, PR, or related field 4+ years in content strategy, engagement management, and/or change management Track record building/owning a content strategy (not just executing one) — portfolio showing audience/purpose/impact thinking Experience managing multi-stakeholder events (hackathons, conferences, large community programmes) Strong written/verbal communication Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS, analytics platforms, social media

Nice-to-Haves

Design tool proficiency: Canva Pro, Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) or GIMP/Inkscape/Scribus Knowledge of data science, AI, and/or data governance

Scope of Work (4 pillars)

Content strategy — calendar, editorial standards, audience research, performance metrics Partnerships & AI adoption — liaising with internal/external stakeholders to drive AI adoption Events/hackathons/community engagement — meetups, workshops, prompt engineering challenges Marketing & comms — collateral, portal/knowledge hub management, brand consistency
