We're Hiring: Project Manager (IT - Public Sector)!

We're looking for a capable and experienced Project Manager to lead IT initiatives within the public sector. The ideal candidate brings solid project management expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Location: Singapore, Singapore

Monthly Salary (SGD) $8,000 to $8,400

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and vendor performance for mission-critical systems supporting multiple government eServices
• Formulate and monitor project budgets, service requests, and cost tracking
• Supervise audit cycles, compliance checks, and security remediation efforts
• Administer cloud infrastructure and hosting environments (AWS/GCC)
• Hold vendors accountable for the timely, quality delivery of system change requests
• Safeguard uninterrupted service availability for internet-facing platforms outside scheduled maintenance windows
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, resourcing plans, and delivery roadmaps
• Steer cross-functional project teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify project risks early and drive mitigation and issue-resolution strategies
• Chair project governance sessions and compile status updates and dashboards for leadership
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally within government or public sector environments managing critical systems
• Working knowledge of government IT policy frameworks (e.g. IM8), cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCC), authentication gateway integration (e.g. Active Directory, Singpass/Corppass), and payment gateway solutions; PMP, CITPM, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and communication capabilities, paired with sound analytical judgement and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
