Execute production, service, repair, installation, FAT, field construction, plant commissioning, sea trials, and inspection tasks for customer-supplied equipment.
Maintain thorough project documentation and apply ISO-compliant procedures, including Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement, and Permit to Work applications.
Coordinate the procurement of essential equipment and materials required for each project.
Engage with customers to clarify installation requirements, including hot work, welding, carpentry, and cable running.
Escalate additional customer requirements to management in a timely manner.
Verify that completed work meets the acceptance criteria outlined in technical and installation manuals.
Support the preparation of design drawings and documentation to fulfil customer technical specifications.
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive field support process across all product lines.
Detect and document quality issues relating to products or services.
Oversee the proper handling and usage of inspection, measuring, and testing equipment as equipment owner, and undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
ITE or Diploma in Electronics, Communications, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or an equivalent field).
2 to 3 years of relevant working experience; candidates with less experience but strong potential and willingness to learn will also be considered.
Technical knowledge in servicing, installing, and inspecting electronics or related systems, with familiarity in ISO documentation practices such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement, and Permit to Work procedures.
A strong emergency response mindset, good customer liaison skills, and willingness to undertake shift work.
