Founded on a love for quality ingredients and creative recipes, we specialize in a wide range of products including artisanal breads, decadent cakes, delicate pastries, and signature cookies. Now, we are seeking a Pastry Baker to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, and cakes according to recipes and company standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Monitor baking processes and make adjustments as needed for optimal results.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, toppings, and other designs according to customer or menu requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, baking tools, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages to management.
• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; certification in Baking/Pastry Arts is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in baking pastries, desserts, or cakes.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety practices.
• Creativity and artistic skills in cake and pastry decoration.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
• Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for the baking industry.
