Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.

Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to resolve on-site construction issues.

Ensure adherence to construction standards, codes, and best practices.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of construction tasks.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align site operations with project goals.

Track and report on construction progress, addressing delays or challenges proactively. Ensure the availability of resources and materials for uninterrupted construction work.

Qualification:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural construction / data center projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
