Role Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the deployment, maintenance, and daily operation of Mr Helmet machines across Malaysia. This role ensures machines remain operational, clean, and well-maintained while assisting with new site setups and technical troubleshooting. It is a hands-on field role that requires basic knowledge of electrical wiring, machine setup, and problem-solving on-site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operations & Maintenance*

• Conduct routine inspections of machines at assigned locations
• Ensure machines are clean, operational, and presentable at all times
• Refill sanitising solution and fragrance when required
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Report and resolve operational issues promptly

2. Technical Support

Assist in machine installation and deployment

• Perform basic troubleshooting for power supply, switches, sensors, and minor machine faults
• Verify electrical points and plug compatibility before installation
• Escalate major technical issues to Teda Technology Sdn Bhd
• Assist during servicing, repairs, and machine testing

3. Deployment Support*

• Prepare machines before deployment
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and installation schedules
• Ensure machines are installed according to company standards
• Install branding materials and ensure proper machine positioning
• Complete deployment checklists and activation procedures

4. Site Support & Partner Relations

• Build good relationships with site owners and outlet staff
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth operations
• Report site feedback, operational concerns, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in resolving site-related operational issues

5. Inventory & Asset Management*

• Monitor inventory of sanitiser, fragrance, spare parts, and consumables
• Maintain proper records of maintenance and machine servicing
• Ensure company tools and equipment are well maintained
• Report damaged or missing assets

6. Reporting & Documentation*

• Submit daily activity and maintenance reports
• Update machine status and service records
• Report downtime and follow up until machines are operational
• Assist in collecting operational data for performance analysis

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field is an advantage
• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or technical support
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and power setup
• Able to use basic hand tools and perform simple repairs
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Willing to travel frequently and work outdoors* Physically fit and comfortable handling machine installation work
• Experience in vending machines, kiosks, or service equipment is an advantage

• Machine uptime (%)
• Average response time to machine issues
• Preventive maintenance completed on schedule
• Deployment support completed on time
• Machine cleanliness and operational quality
• Accuracy and timeliness of maintenance reports
• First-time resolution rate for minor technical issues

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
