Key Responsibilities

Assist the QA Manager in overseeing daily Quality Assurance operations.
Lead and supervise the QA team to ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company quality policies.
Plan and coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor quality performance and prepare quality reports and KPIs.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
Review quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and provide training to employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in the plastic injection molding industry is preferred.
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and quality management systems.
Experience in internal audits, customer audits, and CAPA implementation.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
