Administrative Support:

• Greet patients upon arrival and check them in for appointments.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including reminders and rescheduling if necessary.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Process patient intake forms and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.

Clinical Support:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient exams, treatments, and minor procedures (under supervision).
• Prepare examination rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, weight, etc.), and document patient information accurately.
• Assist in collecting patient specimens (e.g., blood, urine) for lab testing.
• Provide instructions to patients regarding medications, follow-up care, or preparation for tests or procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
