WDS DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION Hiring! Full Time SITE PROJECT ENGINEER in Kelantan, Earn up to MYR 4,800 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure work is carried out according to the project schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project requirements.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering support throughout the project.
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site management (Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, engineering standards, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work at project sites and possess a valid driving licence.
