About the Company

A leading company in the electrical and electronics manufacturing industry is looking for a Senior & Advanced PCB Design Engineer to join its engineering team in Penang. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced PCB design projects for innovative electronic products.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop multilayer PCB layouts based on engineering requirements.
• Work closely with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Review schematics and ensure PCB layouts meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements.
• Perform PCB design verification and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure PCB designs comply with industry standards, quality requirements, and DFM/DFT guidelines.
• Prepare PCB design documentation, Gerber files, and manufacturing outputs.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and engineering changes.
• Continuously improve PCB design quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of PCB design experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong PCB design fundamentals are encouraged to apply for Junior PCB Designer positions.
• Proficient in PCB design software (such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent).
• Good understanding of PCB layout principles, signal integrity, EMC, and manufacturing processes.
• Able to read and write Mandarin to support work requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary: Up to RM 10.000

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
