Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings and identify any drawing discrepancies, conflicts or technical issues.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on Requests for Information (RFI) to consultants for clarification.
• Prepare and issue technical correspondence, site instructions and project-related letters to consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and contract documents.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules and site resources.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support and project updates.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including reports, RFIs, correspondence, inspections and site records.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in handling high-rise building projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with construction drawings, site coordination and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project management software.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
