What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues
• Analysing data and producing detailed reports to track and monitor quality metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
• Providing training and guidance to employees on quality best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards
• Continuously looking for ways to optimise and improve quality assurance processes

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma
• Proficiency in using quality-related software and tools

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
