· To carry out maintenance and minor repair of MEP related works.

· To prepare and carry out Daily/Weekly/Monthly check list of all common areas Facilities.

· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.

· To assist in all other related job functions as and when required.

· To conduct routine inspection of building to ensure repair and maintenance is carried out when

required.

· To ensure safety and security measures of the building are effectively surveillance.

· To ensure building aesthetics and cleanliness are continually maintained and upkeep.

· To ensure all risers, common property facilities key is properly recorded and controlled.

· Ensure all relevant building facilities are maintained in presentable conditions.

· Ensure the facilities and equipment belonging to the Management which is used by them is in

good working condition and properly maintained.

· Carry out others duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
