About the Role

Are you an investigative mind with a sharp eye for platform governance? Our International client is looking for a Payment Acceptance Risk Analyst (Brand Risk) to protect their global payment network from high-risk ecosystem vulnerabilities.

Unlike traditional content moderation, this role empowers you to deep-dive into merchant analysis, conduct live application testing (including voice/video UGC platforms), and drive cross-functional risk mitigation strategies. You will be the crucial bridge between compliance, commercial success, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand & Content Governance: Conduct deep-dive risk investigations on payment acquiring merchants using Open Research, live product testing (including voice/video app testing), and comprehensive framework reviews.
• Ecosystem Safeguarding: Review and proactively manage User-Generated Content (UGC) risks across partner ecosystems like Google, Apple, and TikTok.
• Risk Mitigation: Formulate and communicate risk remediation action plans to commercial teams for high-risk merchants; decisively escalate out-of-appetite risks.
• Process Optimization: Transform first-hand investigative feedback into actionable policy enhancements and partner with Product teams to streamline internal risk tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Compliance Investigation, Content/Platform Governance, or Risk Monitoring—ideally within Social Media, Tech Giants, or GenAI product sectors.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience working with or for platforms like Apple, Google, or TikTok are highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage to support regional merchant reviews but not mandatory.
• Tools & Core Skills: Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira and MS Office. Exceptional investigative instincts and the communication skills needed to align commercial and risk priorities.
• Traits: High level of integrity, reliability, and professional discretion.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
