Position: Senior L3 Support Developer

Employment Type: 12-month contract

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior L3 Support Developer to provide production support for digital banking applications. You will troubleshoot complex issues, enhance backend systems, and ensure the stability and performance of enterprise banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for digital banking applications.
• Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot and enhance application integrations, APIs, and batch processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fixes, improvements, and system enhancements.
• Support deployment, release management, and production stability following Agile and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in L3 application support or backend development within enterprise or digital banking environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with Camel (CXF), Spring Batch, JavaScript, JSP, Unix Scripting, or WebLogic is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Linux, Solaris, or HPUX operating systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and management reporting is a plus.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
