Location: My Kiddyland - Sri Hartamas branch & Suria @ North Kiara branch, Kepong.

About the Role

At My Kiddyland, our Assistant Teachers are essential partners in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will work alongside our Lead Teachers to support daily classroom operations, foster children's development, and ensure a positive and engaging learning experience. This role is a perfect foundation for building a rewarding career in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom & Instructional Support: Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and organizing daily lessons, activities, and educational materials. Help set up and maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Child Supervision & Care: Actively supervise and engage children during all activities, playtime, meals, and transitions. Support children's personal needs with care and patience, including feeding, hygiene, and rest routines.
• Development & Documentation: Observe children's interactions and progress. Assist in documenting developmental milestones and share observations with the Lead Teacher to support individualized learning.
• Team Collaboration & Growth: Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required, contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Education (Meet one of the following):

• SPM / STPM school leaver with a genuine passion for child development.
• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
• Valid KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata) Certificate.

Personal Attributes:

• Patient, caring, responsible, and passionate about working with young children.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Prior experience in a childcare or educational setting.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
