We are seeking a dedicated Document Controller / Site Admin (Construction) to join our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create and maintain document control procedures to ensure quality standards are met and documentation is properly managed.
• Ensure all project documentation is correctly labeled, stored, and secured to meet internal and external requirements.
• Maintain project registers, including equipment registers and project drawings.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate, and that all revisions are properly documented and communicated.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with project team members to ensure that document reviews and approvals are completed on a timely basis.
• Manage and monitor external document control processes.
• Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the project team in the preparation and assembly of project documentation.
• Prepare relevant documents for JKR Audit (Pengurusan Pembinaan Projek Reka & Bina)
• Prepare, submit & follow up the method statement & material approval according to the requirement / contract

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or degree of Construction management/ civil engineering/architectural or any other relevant qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction and engineering documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and document control software.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
