We are looking a Building Technician. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in BUILDING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or BUILDING OPERATION with knowledge of maintenance and services.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan.
• Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines.
• Ensure daily maintenance operations are executed in accordance with the maintenance plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
