Your Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, Events & Experiences, you will be responsible for creating fun, engaging and creative content across our brands.

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time both in the office and onboard our vessels capturing real experiences.

Responsibilities

Create engaging photo and video content for:

• Royal Albatross
• Dog Cruise
• Albatross Speedboat Adventures
• AIR – Albatross Island Restaurant
• Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and short-form content.
• Assist with social media posting (approximately 2–3 posts per week).
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and trending content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, sounds and viral formats.
• Edit videos using platforms such as CapCut or similar editing software.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation and workflow.
• Attend selected cruises and events to capture live content.
• Work closely with the Partnerships team on marketing campaigns and launches.
• Assist with other marketing and content-related projects when required.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about social media and digital content.
• Creative, energetic and full of ideas.
• Comfortable filming with a mobile phone.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Experienced in CapCut or other video editing platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT and similar creative tools).
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive attitude.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Applicants with a portfolio, TikTok, Instagram page or previous content creation work will have an advantage.

Working Hours

Office hours:
Monday to Friday

In addition, applicants should be willing to:

• Sail onboard approximately once a week (typically Fridays, 6:00pm–9:00pm) to capture content.
• Occasionally work on selected weekends or Public Holidays for special events (planned well in advance).

Time off will be arranged where applicable.
