• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate the full order fulfilment process from quotation acceptance through to delivery and invoicing.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and the sales team.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Generate sales, purchasing, inventory, and operational reports for management.
• Ensure all transactions and documentation are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Support continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in relevant experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Operations within B2B trading.
• Familiarity with inventory coordination and order fulfilment processes.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, reporting, and basic analysis.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
