Role Description The Business Analyst / Data Analyst will work full time in a hybrid arrangement based in Singapore River, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data to support decision-making and improve performance. The analyst will document business requirements, map and refine business processes, and develop reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating data quality, preparing presentations, and recommending data-driven improvements to systems and workflows. The role also includes monitoring key performance indicators and supporting strategic projects with clear, actionable analysis.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills for eliciting needs, documenting specifications, and aligning solutions with organizational objectives.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing workflows and operational procedures.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills for presenting insights, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating clear reports and documentation.
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar role supporting business decision-making is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
