Job Description

• Design and develop precision fixtures and mechatronic systems with a focus on performance and manufacturability
• Translate system requirements into robust and scalable engineering solutions
• Assemble, integrate, and calibrate systems to achieve accuracy and reliability targets
• Conduct testing and data analysis to identify performance gaps and drive improvements
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement structured root cause analysis
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance system stability and uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on schedule
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in equipment or system engineering
• Experience with precision mechanics, assembly, and calibration of complex systems
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g. Siemens NX or similar platforms)
• Knowledge of automation, system integration, and engineering design principles
• Familiarity with programming (PLC, Python, LabVIEW, or embedded systems)
• Understanding of sensors, actuators, and basic electronics integration
