The Assistant Manager Human Resources plays a key role in supporting the delivery of effective Human Resources strategies and services. This position works closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, enhance employee experience, and support business objectives through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and manpower requirements.
• Build positive employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, employee records, and HR information systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with payroll.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organisational culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with experience managing multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
