Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Kemaman. The Service Engineer will perform field service activities, including installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of offshore and industrial equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing troubleshooting procedures, and providing timely technical support to customers and internal teams. The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining documentation, coordinating with project and operations teams, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards. The Service Engineer will also support commissioning activities, participate in site visits, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer-facing service activities.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair capabilities for mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation equipment used in offshore or industrial environments.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, teamwork, and interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant engineering diploma or degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Hands-on experience in offshore, oil and gas, marine, or heavy industrial operations is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to safety, adherence to procedures, and willingness to work in challenging site conditions.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, work independently, and manage time and priorities effectively.
