Role Description

The Ecommerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in KL. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including marketplaces, e-commerce platforms. The Ecommerce Executive will oversee sales, product listings, pricing, promotions, and will monitor performance metrics to drive sales growth and customer traffic. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute campaigns, manage key accounts, and ensure a consistent sell out from Ecommerce.

 

Job Description

  • Execute agreed sales plan on ecommerce platforms
  • Coordinate and execute on platform and out platform ads
  • Manage affiliates and content creators
  • Own and manage the campaign calendar
  • Set bundling, promotion and customer activation on ecommerce
  • Manage listing health on ecommerce platform
  • Own market reporting

 

Qualifications

  • Min. 3 Years of relevant ecommerce experience - preferably from brand side.
  • Experience in FMCG or Pet Food is preferred.
  • Passion about Pet Care. Even better if you are a pet owner
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain relationships with online marketplaces, key ecommerce partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online merchandising, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
